Homophones ah words that are spelled differently with a different meaning, butt they sound the same. Last year (2025) Executive English ran a Christmas homophone bingo extravaganza. Over 12 dazewee released a series of videos highlighting common Christmas-themed homophones. That’s write! Our clients and students were then invited to download a bingo sheet. We then proceeded to cher a video from 4th December onwards. The first three to get for in a roe got a prise. Those that spot there are only 11 below can "give themselves a huge pat on the back" - idiom meaning "congratulate oneself" - one of them was removed but we're not sure why.
