All digital services provided by executive english are hosted on infrastructure provided by Contabo GmbH, a cloud infrastructure provider headquartered in Munich, Germany.
Data relating to the provision of our services is stored on servers located within Germany and/or other European Union data centre locations operated by Contabo.
These hosting environments operate within jurisdictions subject to the European data protection framework, including the GDPR.
Personal data is primarily processed within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Users may create accounts within the Smartcat client portal.
Data entered into the Smartcat platform is processed within Smartcat systems and governed by Smartcat’s privacy policy.

Learning platform - Some training programmes use Quizlet for vocabulary training.
Users can create an account on Quizlet to use it.
The data processing takes place directly within the systems of Quizlet.
AI-powered language learning platform - Some training programmes use Loora AI - AI-powered language learning application.
Users may create accounts directly with these platforms.
According to the provider, Loora AI hosts German user data on Amazon Web Services infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany.
Where Loora AI is used as part of our training programmes, executive english may have access to limited usage information necessary for course administration or learner support. However, executive english does not control the internal data processing operations of the Loora platform.
Users are encouraged to review Loora AI’s privacy policy for further information on how their personal data is processed within that platform.
We can also provide you with more detailed information on the Loora AI Privacy Policies if you require it. Please also refer to clause 18.
Online training may be conducted via:

Personal data may be transmitted to these providers to the extent necessary to establish the connection. We take care to generate links which we then share privately. At no time do we enter the email address of our students directly.
Sessions may occasionally be recorded for learning purposes. These are then password encrypted before they are sent to participants.
Payments may be processed via:
- SEPA bank transfer
- credit card
- PayPal
Payment data required for processing is transmitted directly to the respective payment service provider.
executive english does not store full credit card details.

11. CRM system and course administration
We store limited client data in our CRM system including:
• Name
• Email address
• Employer organisation
• Course participation status
• CEFR language level
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Client data is normally deleted 12 months after course completion.
Our clients (individuals and corporations) may at any stage set up a user account via our client portal so that they can purchase training, workshops or download invoices etc.
Portal users are at liberty to delete their accounts at any time.
12. International data transfers
Some of the third-party service providers used in connection with our services may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where such transfers occur, they are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or participation in recognised international data transfer frameworks.
